The Chinese Pavilion is open during the summer months. Stroll on your own with the free audio guide.

You can walk round the Chinese Pavilion by yourself, but if you want to broaden your knowledge there is a free audioguides in Swedish, English and Chinese.

DOWNLOAD THE APP FOR FREE

Search for 'Swedish Royal Palaces' in the App Store or Google Play. The app is free, and has both Swedish and English text.

The app does not require an internet connection when using the audioguides on site at the palaces. If you choose to have the audioguide read out loud, please use headphones to avoid disturbing other visitors.

The app can be experienced wherever you are. You can even go on a guided tour from home!

There is also a guide in Chinese, free to download. You use your own smartphone via the link below or scan the QR codes on site at the entrances.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the entrance to download the guide. You can also listen to the audioguides from home.

Guided tour of the Palace Park

The Royal Walks app will guide you through the World Heritage Site of Drottningholm Palace Park, from the royal residence, through the historic park and up to the exotic Chinese Pavilion.

The Royal Walks app (Kungliga promenader) can be downloaded free of charge. The text is in Swedish and English, and is illustrated with new and historic photos.

After opening the app, choose Drottningholm, which contains four different theme walks.
