Entry via the South Gate from Slottsbacken.

Tickets are sold in the Treasury.

There is a lift. Please ask staff at the West Gate (at the entrance to the Reception Rooms) or down in the Treasury for assistance with the lift. Due to fire evacuation rules, only one visitor with a wheelchair may visit the Treasury at any one time. The lift is intended for six people or a maximum weight of 500 kg. The door opening is 89 cm wide. The internal dimensions of the lift are 108 x 135 cm.

Steps. There are 55 steps to the Treasury. There is a handrail on the staircase, but not on the landing.

Disabled toilets are available in the wing of the Outer Courtyard signed "Biljetter & Information" and at the Tre Kronor Museum.
